OneAmerica® launches new programs at National Sales Meeting
Practice management for advisors and retirement readiness for plan sponsors lead the way in new offerings
Indianapolis, March 6, 2015At its annual National Sales Meeting, the companies of OneAmerica® launched new programs building upon its already strong retirement resources.
One of the most significant value-ads unveiled at this year’s meeting is a practice management program for financial advisors that offers strategies in areas such as sales, marketing, branding, human resources, client services, finance and operations.
“This new platform is designed to help financial advisors grow their business,” said Bill Yoerger, president of Retirement Services for the companies of OneAmerica. “Our practice management program goes deep, providing nearly 60 practice solutions through brochures, data sheets and valuable advisor tools. And it’s fluid, allowing us to add new solutions as needed.”
For example, the branding solution describes how an advisor can establish their brand promise. The client service solution explains how to redefine value and incorporate high-gain strategies into the advisor’s client service model.
OneAmerica also unveiled a new retirement readiness program for plan sponsors that pulls together the products, services and technology available to help improve employees’ retirement readiness.
“The retirement readiness program offers everything a plan sponsor needs—from innovative plan design features to an exceptional online education toolbox—to drive better participant retirement readiness results,” Yoerger said.
