Participant Communication Success Stories
November 22, 2016 | ResearchAccording to the results of a survey we conducted earlier this year, 90 percent of retirement plan sponsors face challenges with employee education and communication. More specifically, 22 percent of plan sponsors have difficulty getting their employees to read communications and 21 percent struggle with communicating to employees across multiple locations.
One way to reach your employees is to try an unexpected communication method. For example, if you frequently communicate with your employees electronically via email or messages on an intranet site, try using a postcard or other print piece. Leave the material on your employees' workstations or desk chairs where they will be sure to see it. The unexpected communication is more likely to grab employees' attention.
